CFT, other unions form coalition to oppose Prop 1A
April 13, 2009 — The California Federation of Teachers announced that it has joined the Service Employees International Union, representing public sector workers, and the California Faculty Association, which represents faculty in the CSU system, in a coalition to oppose Proposition 1A on the May 19 special election ballot.
